A new and improved Deed Restriction Enforcement Policy was voted on and adopted at our regular board meeting on June April 10th 2013. The new policy addresses several questions and concerns that have been raised by members during the last few years. We believe that this proposed policy builds on the best in our current enforcement policy and improves it in the following ways.

A statute of limitation (6 months) added to deed restriction violation enforcement policy.

The new policy uses clarifying language and removes ambiguity.

Fines assessed on the 3rd notice instead of 2nd notice

New requirement for HOA to send notification prior to self correction action (eg. forced mow)
