Nominating & Election Committee - Volunteers Needed
Each year we elect leader to handle the day to operation of our Association. Volunteers are needed to help with this committee to handle all preparations as well as the following:
  • Seek out and Identify candidates for election as per the bylaws.
  • Help prepares candidates by providing them an overview of the director duties.
  • To inventory candidates special skills, training or expertise (accounting, engineering, project management)
  • Verify that the candidate is aware of the meeting schedule and able to attend all board meetings and meet work load requirements.
  • Receive nomination suggestions from homeowners and do follow ups.
  • Handle all the preparations for and the actual election process.
