Happy National Good Neighbor Day - Wednesday September 28th Today we acknowledge the importance of a good neighbor. It is a blessing to have a good neighbor, but it is an even greater thing to be a good neighbor. Good neighbors watch out for each other, lend a helping hand and are there for advice when asked. Neighbors offer a lawn mower when ours breaks down, collect our mail when we are on vacation, watch our homes and sometimes watch our children or our pets. Being a good neighbor makes good neighbors.

Nominating & Election Committee - Volunteers Needed

Nominating & Election Committee - Volunteers Needed Each year we elect leader to handle the day to operation of our Association. Volunteers are needed to help with this committee to handle all preparations as well as the following: Seek out and Identify candidates for election as per the bylaws. Help prepares candidates by providing them an overview of the director duties. To inventory candidates special skills, training or expertise (accounting, engineering, project management) Verify that the candidate is aware of the meeting schedule and able to attend all board meetings and meet work load requirements. Receive nomination suggestions from homeowners and do follow ups. Handle all the preparations for and the actual election process. Please email board@laureloaks.org to join this committee.
